Data and AI use

FPE uses technology to support research, analysis, documentation, education, and service delivery. Technology supports professional judgment; it does not replace responsibility for decisions.

Human review

Material client facing recommendations and deliverables are reviewed by a person before use. Clients remain responsible for decisions and implementation within their organizations or personal circumstances.

Data care

Do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information through an open website form or ordinary email unless a secure method has been agreed. Project specific data handling requirements should be documented in the applicable agreement.

Accuracy and verification

AI assisted outputs can contain errors or incomplete interpretations. Important facts, calculations, sources, legal requirements, and business assumptions should be verified before action.
